We do not accept walk-in clients. Bookings can be done by online, by email or by phone. Please note our booking system is for pre-booking and your appointment will be confirmed by email. Please don't be offended for some reason we have to cancel your appointment. We accept Eftpos but not credit cards.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellation 12 hours before your appointment we will add 50% of the cost to your next treatment. For no-shows, we will ask for the full price before your next treatment.

Appointments

We schedule appointments according to both therapist availability and your needs. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that arriving late may limit the effectiveness and more importantly your enjoyment that the full service has to offer. We appreciate at least 24 hour's notice of cancellation notice whenever possible.
